Established in 1999 and based in Germany, Begin Group is a leading provider of international student recruitment events and marketing services. Each year, we organise over 100 events, connecting educational institutions from around the world with prospective students from more than 40 countries.

With extensive experience in student recruitment, we work with over 500 clients annually, delivering tailored solutions for a diverse range of educational institutions.

What We Do

Begin Group organises student recruitment events across eight regions and four continents, connecting educational institutions with prospective students worldwide. Our diverse range of events includes education fairs, high school visits and fairs, B2B meetings with school counsellors, webinars, custom-made events, and online marketing services, providing institutions with comprehensive opportunities to engage with their target audiences and expand their global reach.

Global Presence

Our in-person events take place in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia), Eurasia (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Türkiye), MENA (Egypt), India, Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia), and Europe (Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia).

Additionally, Begin Group hosts online education fairs in Sub-Saharan Africa (Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania), North Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia), Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan), Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru), the Indian Subcontinent (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka), and the Gulf Region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE). 

We also organise custom events for partners in the USA, EU countries (Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria), the Balkans (Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia), and in countries where we host our public events, such as Kazakhstan, India, and others.

Our Partner Agencies

Begin Group functions as an educational event provider, not an enrollment agency or recruitment platform. We do not offer direct consultation services to students but serve as a bridge between educational institutions and prospective students through our events. However, we collaborate with trusted partner agencies across all regions where our events take place. If participating institutions wish to involve their own partner agencies in our events, we fully support this and encourage such collaborations. Additionally, we are happy to introduce institutions to reliable local agencies that we have worked with and trust, helping them expand their reach and maximise their student recruitment efforts.
